If conflicts on client systems or servers occur, the service staff or administrators need to have information about the status of the systems as fast as possible. Which processes and services are currently active? What is listed in the system’s event log? Which network configurations does the system use? With the help of the System Manager, you can answer these questions within seconds and analyse problems properly.

If it is necessary to change the configurations of the system, the System Management module assists you to do it quickly and properly. Processes can be cancelled or started, services can be configured, print jobs can be stopped and much more.

Please note that the Deskcenter Management Suite Base Package is required to be able to utilise this module and a licence is required for each system that is to be managed.
