If information cannot be found quickly, stoppages and financial loss could be the result. To minimize these risks we offer you the possibility to attach documents to the systems/components where they are used. A faster and safer access to all important information is guaranteed from anywhere in the world.

The Document Extensions module extends the Asset Management for systems, components and end users, to permit the saving of any documents in the database. Any number of documents can be assigned to an asset and any number of systems, components and users can be linked to each document.

Please note that the Deskcenter Management Suite Base Package is required to be able to utilise this module and a licence is required for each system that is to be managed.
